The brief

Two revenue lines under one roof. On one side, rentals — split and window ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves — typically taken by a family or a working professional who has just moved to Noida and does not want to buy. On the other, repairs — AC gas filling, washing machine faults, fridge failures, geyser problems — taken by somebody whose appliance died this morning.

Those two people share nothing. One is browsing and comparing monthly rates. The other wants a phone number and a technician today. A single generic homepage serves neither.

  • Split rental and repair without splitting the brand into two websites
  • Rank for appliance-specific searches, which is how people actually search
  • Serve the emergency repair customer in one tap
  • Cover Noida and the surrounding Ghaziabad area credibly
02

The approach

The site was split at the top level — Rental Services and Repair Services as two separate branches of the navigation — and then split again below that, one page per appliance. “Washing machine repair in Noida” and “washing machine on rent in Noida” are two different searches by two different people, and each one deserved a page that speaks only to them.

For the repair side, urgency shaped everything: phone number at the top, no form gate before the number, and no long “about us” before the fault types. For the rental side, the opposite — more detail, more comparison, a quote form, because that customer is deciding over days rather than minutes.

A gallery of completed work was added deliberately. In appliance services the fear is a technician who makes things worse; photographs of actual jobs answer that better than any guarantee badge.

  • Two branches, one brand. Rental and repair separated in navigation and in tone.
  • A page per appliance. AC, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, geyser — each on both sides.
  • Call-first on repair. Direct number visible before anything else on those pages.
  • Quote form on rental. Where the decision is slower and comparison matters.
  • Work gallery. Real completed jobs, as proof rather than decoration.

What shipped

  • A PHP build with separate Rental Services and Repair Services sections
  • Individual pages for AC, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave and geyser
  • Split and window AC rental treated as distinct offerings, because they are
  • Direct call number and enquiry form on every page
  • Gallery of completed repair and installation work
  • Blog covering appliance maintenance — useful content that also earns search relevance
  • Local SEO for Noida with the surrounding service area covered honestly

What changed

The business stopped asking visitors to work out which half of it they needed. Someone searching for AC gas filling lands on a page about AC gas filling with a phone number on it; someone searching for a fridge on rent lands somewhere else entirely. Neither has to navigate past the other.

The appliance-level pages also solved the search problem quietly. A single “services” page can rank for one thing. Ten appliance pages give Google ten distinct, genuinely different pages to match against the very specific way people search when something has broken.

No lead volume or ranking figures are published here. The site, the appliance pages and the work gallery are live — open them.
